Each result offers a different way to look at your body composition. Here’s what some common terms mean.
Body Fat %
The estimated proportion of your body weight that is body fat.
Lean Body Mass
The estimated weight of everything in your body other than body fat.
Skeletal Muscle Mass
An estimate of the muscle associated with movement and physical activity. Repeat scans can help you follow changes over time.
Visceral Fat
An estimate relating to fat stored around the abdominal organs.
Body Water
Information about the estimated amount of water in your body.
Bio Age
An Evolt-calculated comparison based on scan results. It is not your actual medical or biological age.
Calorie & Macronutrient Information
Evolt-generated calorie information and protein, carbohydrate and fat targets where applicable. Use them as information to discuss with a qualified professional if you need personal nutrition advice.

Make Time to Relax and Recharge
The Recovery Room is on its way, featuring the H2O hydromassage bed. Warm water and adjustable massage pressure create a soothing dry massage that may help ease muscle tension, soothe tired muscles and support relaxation.
Once the Fitness Room and Recovery Room are operating, we’ll turn our attention to Room #3. It’s a future project, and we’re excited to keep growing with our community and see what we can create together.

Love having your own private workout space but enjoy exercising with someone else?
With a 360 FOCUS Buddy Membership, you can share your private Fitness Room experience with family or friends.
Your workout. Your people. Your FOCUS.
Up to four people total per private Fitness Room booking: one primary member and up to three registered Buddies.
Each Buddy has their own monthly membership.
Buddies join the primary Fitness Room member during their reserved session.
Buddies must be registered and have completed their waiver before attending.
Includes one Evolt 360 scan each month for $35/month. A practical starting option for people who want monthly progress check-ins. Studio classes and programs are arranged directly with the instructor.
Approved independent coaches may accompany active Fitness Room members during each member's own booked session. Coaches may work with different members during their respective bookings, but cannot independently book or use the Fitness Room.
Coaches set their own fees, arrange payment directly with clients and keep 100% of their coaching earnings.
Registration requires appropriate qualifications, proof of insurance, and a completed 360 FOCUS registration agreement. Ordinary Buddy memberships are separate and are not free.

Choose a registered FOCUS Independent Coach for personalized guidance during your reserved Fitness Room session.
Approved independent coaches register for free, set their own fees, and keep their earnings. They may accompany active Fitness Room members during those members' own bookings, without an additional coach membership charge.

360 FOCUS was created around a simple idea: people in rural communities should have more options close to home.
The goal is to create a welcoming, flexible space where people can find something that works for them — whether that’s joining a class, learning more about their body with Evolt 360, fitting in a workout, or taking time to recover.
360 FOCUS is also a place where independent coaches, instructors and facilitators can bring their own ideas and programs to the community.

Will someone be on site?
Yes. All visits are by booked appointment times, and someone will be on site for your appointment to welcome you and help you get started.

What is available at launch?
The Studio, Evolt 360 and FOCUS Connect are planned for launch. The Fitness Room, Recovery Room and Room #3 are coming soon.
How do Studio rentals work?
Independent instructors rent the Studio for $25/hour. Half-day and full-day rentals are also available. Contact 360 FOCUS for rental options and availability, or explore Studio Rentals.
What is Evolt 360?
Evolt 360 is a body-composition assessment that offers more information than weight alone and helps you track changes over time. Evolt Membership is $35/month and includes one scan per month. A one-time scan is $45. Follow our Facebook page for updates.

Who qualifies for Age 55+ pricing?
Age 55+ pricing applies to members aged 55 and older. The Age 55+ price is shown with each eligible membership.

What are the membership terms?
Memberships are billed monthly and require a minimum commitment of three paid months. After that they continue month to month. Cancellation must be received at least 10 days before the next billing date to stop that payment. Founding Member pricing remains locked while the membership remains continuously active; cancellation forfeits the Founding rate.
What do One Room and Any Two Rooms memberships cost?

Can I freeze my membership?
Memberships may be frozen for up to a total of two months per year. Approved freeze periods pause billing and access and do not count toward the initial three-month paid commitment. Founding pricing is maintained during an approved freeze.

How will the app and building access work?
The app is coming soon. For now, email info@joinfocus.ca to arrange bookings and required waivers. Once available, the app will allow members to manage memberships and payment information, book available rooms/services, find Studio classes and programs, manage bookings and receive updates. Someone will always be on site during opening hours. Staff manage entry for booked appointments and classes; phone-based door access is not required for opening.
FOCUS Connect brings the 360 FOCUS Evolt 360 to gyms, coaches, teams, workplaces and organizations for scheduled assessment events. Evolt 360 assessments at your location, coordinated and delivered by 360 FOCUS. Ongoing partners can offer their people the 360 FOCUS member scan rate at partner events, and participating fitness professionals can access available Evolt education to better understand assessment information.
How do independent Studio instructors run their classes?
Instructors rent the Studio for $25/hour, set their own schedule and class prices, collect payment directly from participants, and keep 100% of their class earnings. Is there a minimum age to use 360 FOCUS?
Minors are welcome at 360 FOCUS. A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the required waiver on behalf of anyone under 18.
Age requirements may vary for certain equipment, services, or independent coach/provider classes.

How can I become a FOCUS Independent Coach?

Can FOCUS Independent Coaches use Evolt 360 with clients?
Approved coaches can explore Evolt training and create coaching packages with paid assessments. 360 FOCUS provides the scanning service at its regular scan rates; coaches arrange their own client packages and payments. Training and equipment access are subject to authorization and operating procedures.
What do independent coaches need to register?
